New to F45? No Problem! Here's how to set up the app:

1 - Download the app: F45 Training for iOS or F45 Training for Android

2 - Use the same email you used to purchase to log in.

3 - Click "Forgot Password" to reset it.

4 - Head to the "Booking tab to view schedules and book your first class.

Book classes and scans, join waitlists and check class schedules. Join global F45 challenges, Discover meal plans curated by our world-class dietitians and order meals and assess your fitness progress over time.

First F45 Session? No problem! Get there 10 minutes before your session to meet your trainer. We’ll greet you by name, check you in, and give you a tour of the studio, so you know what to expect out of your first session!
